The Resize value indicates how much we enlarge or reduce the model. 100% means that the model is printed in the original size in which the author intended it. In the case of miniatures for role-playing games, Resize 100% means that the miniature is in scale with a human character approximately 32mm tall.
The previous figure was not in the quality i expected. I contact them and sent to me a new one in a pretty good quality. Hence, very satisfied with them and the customer service!
